{"id":659,"date":"2025-10-30T13:42:03","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T13:42:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dobleastudio.es\/?p=659"},"modified":"2025-11-14T17:10:24","modified_gmt":"2025-11-14T17:10:24","slug":"ortega-y-gasset","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dobleastudio.es\/en\/proyectos\/oficina\/ortega-y-gasset\/","title":{"rendered":"Ortega y Gasset"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Project<br>OG100<\/td><td>Location<br>Ortega y Gasset<\/td><td>Year<br>2021<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SQUARE METERS:<br>2.500 m2<\/td><td>TYPOLOGY<br>Office<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This law and advisory firm commissioned us to design and execute their offices, a project we carried out in collaboration with CBRE.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the outset, it was essential to integrate acoustic solutions to ensure confidentiality in operations, along with a customized and distinctive design.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acoustic intervention consisted of several operations:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On one hand, we made use of the exposed slab and exposed installations to implement the acoustic solutions, which we executed through slab-to-slab partitions, rerouting the HVAC ducts through circulation areas to prevent sound from filtering from one office to another.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, instead of paint, we covered the walls with a fine,<br>granulated beige plaster featuring small cavities that absorb sound and minimize reverberation,<br>creating a comfortable environment conducive to work\u2014both in the open workspace and in the enclosed meeting rooms.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, to achieve the desired level of ambient sound, we applied an acoustic spray to the slabs which, in the open work areas, we painted beige to create a sense of spaciousness and greater height.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the office interior design, we combined different elements to create a serene and elegant working environment: custom-made sofas upholstered with Casamance fabrics; credenzas and meeting tables in natural oak veneer; cabinet doors in raffia; touches of contemporary art; and leather details.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also added a caf\u00e9 area to the office, for which we designed the central table, featuring a top made of ceramic pieces by Wow Design and a base clad in natural wood slats.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROYECTO:OG100 UBICACI\u00d3N:Ortega y Gasset A\u00d1O:2021 METROS CUADRADOS:2.500 m2 TIPOLOG\u00cdA:Oficina Este despacho de abogados y asesores nos encarg\u00f3 el proyecto y ejecuci\u00f3n de sus oficinas, que realizamos en colaboraci\u00f3n con CBRE.
