{"id":639,"date":"2025-10-30T13:09:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T13:09:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dobleastudio.es\/?p=639"},"modified":"2025-11-14T19:12:03","modified_gmt":"2025-11-14T19:12:03","slug":"alcala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dobleastudio.es\/en\/proyectos\/oficina\/alcala\/","title":{"rendered":"Alcal\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Project<br>JV42<\/td><td>Location<br>Alcal\u00e1<\/td><td>Year<br>2024<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SQUARE METERS:<br>7.000 m2<\/td><td>TYPOLOGY<br>Office<\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The botanical garden surrounding this building inspired the overall design of its offices, which we developed in collaboration with CBRE.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The central idea was to bring the garden\u2014its diversity of species and its black pebbles\u2014into the building, fostering the physical and mental well-being that comes from connecting with nature.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We brought into the interior sinuous patterns that evoke the lines found in nature. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, to bring natural vegetation and stone-like qualities into the space, we used materials, textures, and colors that evoke earth and natural environments: Mortex coating the walls with the texture of a slightly rough plaster; beige and reddish ceramic pieces cladding the bases of custom tables, evoking desert mountains; sand-colored Silestone countertops; and terracotta Dekton backsplashes, all adding an earthy warmth to the ensemble.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For acoustic conditioning, we used ECOcero panels, a material produced from recycled plastic bottles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PROYECTO:JV42 UBICACI\u00d3N:Alcal\u00e1 A\u00d1O:2024 METROS CUADRADOS:7.000 m2 TIPOLOG\u00cdA:Oficina El jard\u00edn bot\u00e1nico en torno a este edificio marc\u00f3 la inspiraci\u00f3n del dise\u00f1o integral de sus oficinas, que hicimos en colaboraci\u00f3n con CBRE.
